Comanche County is one of the fastest growing counties in Oklahoma. The rapid growth of businesses, industry and new construction demands active participation in legislative updates, and a trained knowledgeable and accredited staff. We have spearheaded technological changes and been front runners in legislative updates that brought automatic homesteads, state-wide equalization  procedures, better exemptions for our disabled, elderly, retired veterans and those on a fixed income.

Computerization of our records began in 1989 with state mandated mapping added in 1991. Other counties look to us for an example. Our  decisions have made us a front runner in current technology. We MUST keep abreast of legislation and technology to keep up with the growth of our county and ensure maximum benefits for our people.
